[Xfce-i18n] ja.po files are not committed to git from Tx

I will add some debugging to the script because I have no idea if
Transifex misses the update or the script fails in some way to update
the po file. I did some checks on the latter by comparing the old and
new po files, but they all seem to pass fine.
