[Xfce-i18n] ja.po files are not committed to git from Tx

And I can confirm that recently translations from +90% to 100% for the
xfce4-clipmn (as one of many example recently translated) aren't pushed to
git for spanish.
and not forget the home spanish page actually have some miswritting that I
fixed months ago and for now remain not pushed.

So why was the suitch from local transifex to the transifex official
website originally?
