This is a good idea; Such feature should be considered as one of the
most fundamental ones, yet it seems that not many GUI software do
support such ability.

Making a feature that displays Nonprintable Characters in general and
indicates on UCC in particular (e.g. highlighting them in a different
color than the rest) would significantly facilitate translation work
and would help, to those who need, to it learn how to utilize UCC.

Software that have support for displaying of Nonprintable Characters
are Open/LibreOffice (Ctrl+F10) and I think that Geany also supports
this, even Microsoft Notepad does (P.S, Cgit & Trac - WebUI); Such
feature is not prevalent enough, unfortunately.

Yes, this is true. Yet this was merely an example case. I assume there
are better uses, than the one above, for the Translator Comment entry.
