I see many Regex questions in Stackoverflow such as:

I couldn't find any working function and the Israeli community didn't reply
to my request, probably nobody has done that before.

Anything else I can assist with?

And what do you think about reading and writing the comments to a file
except for cases where the comment has been marked an issue?
