[Xfce-i18n] xfce4-setting and xfconf string changes

Translators,

I've merged the mouse setting changes in master and made a release to
give the code some wider testing. There are a bunch of new strings to
translate as well, so let me know if there are typos.

In xfconf-query all strings are now translatable and without new-line
chars and stuff you don't want to see in translatable strings. So some
new lines (that were never translated) and fuzzy strings because of
the cleaned up strings.
