[Xfce-i18n] Call for translation updates in the radio plugin

Hello everyone

I would like to invite the translators who have contributed to the
radio plugin to update their work. I recently made several changes to
the UI and broke a lot of strings - sorry for this :)

Also, I would like to thank everyone who has contributed translations
to the plugin. Great work!
