[Xfce-i18n] outsourced translation teams

hi all,
Danishka is a 'very' active person on localization and I am glad that he is
going to take this project forward.
BTW I am sorry that I was not active for months as I was away for my higher
studies. I just came to SL and hopefully be active again in near future :)
