[Xfce-i18n] untranslated menu items for simplified Chinese for xfce 4.6.1

here you go (notice the untranslated items, as well as the extra
punctuation after "附件/accessories").

this was made after a fresh installation of Xubuntu 9.10 alpha 5.
the language set during the installation is simplified Chinese.
