As for the semantics, I think 'Terminal' equals 'Konsole' in the form
of an application, or physically the machine you are working with. 
'Kommandozeile' and 'Befehlszeile' do refer to the actually command
line interface, that is what's inside the window, or even a true
command line without any graphical interface around it.

In the context of the launcher I think all those terms are equally
correct. Thus I would think choosing either of the non-application
names should be the best idea. At least I'd like it if we could avoid
the ambiguity of a launcher suggesting an application - afterall that's
what I started the discussion for in the first place, ie. not
seeing 'Mozilla' where there is no such application.
