[Xfce-i18n] Command line arguments translated in ur.po

Hi translator,

I've just updated some translations in exo and i was surprised to see
that you also translated command line arguments like --version. This
should not be done since there are untranslated string in exo looking
for --version during start up.
Could you please fix this (if you still maintain the translation of
course, that's why this is also cc-ed to the translation mailing
list).
