[Xfce-i18n] [ka] Update Georgian Translation

Dear Max,
Thank You very mach!
Now I'll tell you something very bed! I'm working under Windows XP and
I can't use any version of Linux even another project is not finished!
:)
I'm using TortoiseSVN.
