[Xfce-i18n] Mini patch for xfdesktop

Hi all,

there is a little typo in the German translation of the menu items
which annoys me every day but it took until now to fix it ;-).
The help item in the Xfce menu got an accelerator by accident. The
attached patch just removes it.
