[Xfce-i18n] about galician translation

Hi,
that week I and the coordinator of the team that translates free
software using Rosetta talked about the state of the galician
translation of Xfce. It seems that in Rosetta have translated a lot of
strings. We talked also about creating a team that translates Xfce for
Xubuntu and commit their translations to Xfce. But we have one
question:

It should exist a coordinator that submit all the translations to you
or could every translator of the team submit their contributions??

Sorry for my english. If anyone couldn't understand what I says,
please comment it. You could be sure that I am better translating from
english to galician than from galician to english ;-)
