I'm not sure what you tried to say with `local' but even in normal
repository (not https://), those header had been already fixed (total
1373 files), as those header won't be changed so frequently, please
fix them once (or simply copy & paste from another fresh updated PO
files), and continue your translation, please.

And, don't discard previous translator, Italian translation isn't
completed only by yourself, please keep former translator as credits.

PS. Please recover headers by yourself.
