It needs more explanation, namely, if translator had translation in
the Desktop file, he/she can simply type

    $ cvs diff -u > desktop_4.2_<language>.patch

or the like in the current directory, that enables more sync'd patch,
of course those instruction should be appeared in the web if this
suggestion will be accepted.
