Well, 'translations' module has desktop files but there are some
desktop files not to be appeared in the repository (I've compared
the full source with the virtual module). The following seems to
be lacked,

    xffm/src/Xfdiff.desktop
    xffm/src/Xffm.desktop
    xffm/src/Xffstab.desktop
    xffm/src/Xfglob.desktop
    xffm/src/Xfmime_edit.desktop
    xffm/src/Xfsamba.desktop
    xffm/src/Xftree.desktop
    xfprint/mcs-plugin/xfce-xfprint-settings.desktop
    xfprint/xfprint-manager/xfprint-manager.desktop
    xfprint/xfprint/xfprint.desktop

Also, can I assume the latest version is 'translations' module of
'-r xfce_4_2' CVS ?
