I saw it, but I didn't feel I could make a comment, since I never used
the taskbar-enabled xfce. I wanted to put a reference to it in my mail,
but I forgot ;-)

I was hoping Marcin could answer this question. Or Olivier. It seems to
have something to do with the custom .gtkrc created by xfce. Either
Marcin or Olivier added this support for special taskbar customization.
