[Thunar-dev] checkinstall

Hi,

I've successfully compiled and installed Thunar 0.8. following
the given instruction. However, I'd like to use "checkinstall" instead
of "make install", but this seems not possible for the following
reasons below.

Any idea or suggestion how to get around this?
