[Goodies-dev] better icon for Notes goody

XFCE4.4RC1
pencil-on-pad icon for Notes looks too much like text editor, try this:

  /usr/share/icons/Rodent/scalable/misc/notes.svg

XFCE should ship with SVG icon capability by default, not need separate
apt-get for lib*svg* etc.
After all it ships the svg icons anyway, should ship able to use them. 
I had to apt-get & then restart X.
