Xfce also needs GTK2 - should Xfce ship with GTK2 as well? And what
about DBus, HAL, etc.? Should Xfce ship with those as well?

Xfce also needs an OS - should Xfce (from xfce.org) ship as part of an
OS? A GNU/Linux distribution? Or a BSD distribution?

Also, why should Xfce ship with lib*svg*? Shouldn't GTK2 ship with
lib*svg*, if anything?
