Proposal to create a welcome app for XFCE

Hello,

The mockup of this welcome screen seems to be good.

Quick question, I already have a welcome screen on my distro (Manjaro, 
Arch-based). Maybe some other distributions include such a welcome 
screen. How is it plan to integrate in such situation?

Here is a quick screenshot of it (with dark theme):

I wanted to point this to you for not developping something that distro 
might disable to display their own welcome app…
