Proposal to create a welcome app for XFCE

Hi Ajrat,

Gnome blueprint focus and syntax are designed specifically for GTK4 and
Libadwaita applications.

For Xfce we neither use gtk4, nor do we use Libadwaita, so that does not
sound like a way to go.

Already now we use glade to build some of our GUI's. If that would as
well be an option for you, I suppose a welcome up would be welcome,
(Taken that it is solid and you would be up to maintain it)

(WIll ask the others on matrix)

Best regards,
Alexander Schwinn
