Call for GSoC 2023 mentors

Hi all,

I'm also unable to be a mentor this year. I have way more things to do
than I have time and I still haven't touched last year's contributions
(which need quite a bit of work to be considered finished).

I guess that this means that Xfce will not take part in GSoC 2023, but
that might be for the best. It's time to cleanup what we already have!

Cheers,

Sergios
