RFC: drop motif hints

Hello folks,


motif hints aren't well supported and completely unmaintained
(eg. see ticket #253).

I'd sit down and kick'em out, if everybody agrees. Of course, it don't
like to break any system in the field that really relies on this.

So, is there anybody out there actually relying motif hints ?
