XFCE panel stacking order

Great !! I had this exact problem.
Didn’t know it was already fixed (in dev branch).

I also have some minor problems when switching from one integrated 
monitor to 3 external monitors but I will try to open a detail ticket in 
gitlab about that when I connect next with this configuration.
