Hi,
Now you have permissions to fork any project.
Regarding the license, I don't know, please mention this inconsistency in the Merge Request.
I advise against spending time (pun not intended) on datetime, as part of GSoC 2022 we are "porting" features it has and clock doesn't to the latter so we can finally deprecate datetime.
