fork credential?

Hi there,

I would like to fork little parts of xfce from panel plugins.
Is it possible to give me some 'fork credential' ?

I already have coutch a translation decoration missing string in the timer plugin (dialog response' title) and would
like to send this minor change. And eventually take a look to some simple jobs from plugins issues.

By the way, a big thanks to all people who give love to the xfce project.
