Add package to Xfce

Hey there Andre,
It's not uncommon for users to choose another file manager over Thunar, and
we even promote it as a standard use-case (see Preferred Apps having a
default file manager option).
It's far less common for users to use alternative desktop applications or
services, and I think that's what this project identifies and tries to
support.
I'm not opposed to adopting this as an Xfce project, as I think there is a
real, albeit smaller, need for this kind of project.
