Add package to Xfce

That's a really interesting project, but it seems to fill a very specific
niche, users of Xfdesktop that don't want to use Thunar.
While Xfce strives to be modular and allows users to mix and match its
components as they see fit, I think that Xfdesktop has a soft dependency on
Thunar, which can be disabled with --disable-desktop-icons and
--disable-thunarx.
At this point it would be better to just use feh or something similar, if
you still want Xfdesktop + icons, that's not possible without Thunar,
unless you use a workaround like your project.
Even though I appreciate your effort and understand your motivations, I
don't think it makes sense as an Xfce project because it solves a very very
specific problem.
I may be wrong, if people from other places find it useful I can change my
opinion. Also if other Xfce dev agrees in adopting your project, I won't
oppose.
As for the package name, I don't see any problem using "xfce4-", as long as
you don't advertise it as an official project.
Cheers,
Andre Miranda
