Gitlab is coming...

Hello,

By default, account are not allowed to fork (new account are set as 'external') to avoid spam. We regularly enable new users (when we know the mail or the name etc). We may change this behavior in the future ;)

You are now allowed to fork/create MR, welcome :)
The "fork" button is not enabled if you are external, I wonder what did you do to have this error message ?
