xfce4-clipman-plugin bugs 16478 (and 14642...)

Hi All,

my .xsession-errors file was growing quickly, so I looked into it and
found four of these every second:

(wrapper-2.0:2065): Gdk-CRITICAL **: 08:53:54.048:
gdk_window_get_device_position_double: assertion 'GDK_IS_WINDOW
(window)' failed
(wrapper-2.0:2065): Gdk-CRITICAL **: 08:53:54.298:
gdk_window_get_device_position_double: assertion 'GDK_IS_WINDOW
(window)' failed
(wrapper-2.0:2065): Gdk-CRITICAL **: 08:53:54.549:
gdk_window_get_device_position_double: assertion 'GDK_IS_WINDOW
(window)' failed
(wrapper-2.0:2065): Gdk-CRITICAL **: 08:53:54.799:
gdk_window_get_device_position_double: assertion 'GDK_IS_WINDOW
(window)' failed

The attached patch fixes the issue.

Commits 1d8d735d and 12d8423f fixed the same thing in different places.
