Retire Xfce4-indicator-plugin

Hi Mark,

we also considered retiring it, but there are some use-cases the
statusnotifier plugin doesn't cover, namely Ubuntu's custom indicators
(indicator-sound, indicator-messages,..).
That's why we kept it alive so far.
