Hi Simon, Thanks a lot for replying. I see that a great majority of core
libraries are being switched over to 4.13 - which is very encouraging to
me personally.

Since you mentioned xfconf specifically, is that a special
consideration? As far as I can tell, I was able to upgrade from 4.12.x
to 4.13 without needing manual intervention in my test systems. I could
be mistaken.

This is certainly true and would be great in my opinion to get a solid
Xfce 4.14 release out.
