Just a brief reply as I'm on the go: yeah, we bumped it to 3.20, we might
bump it further if we see fit. As you correctly said there's still time
until 4.14 so also time to reconsider.

The important part of my previous message was about the support of <=3.18
which we decided to drop for core components.
