ANNOUNCE: xfce4-hotcorner-plugin 0.0.1 released

I've packaged this for debian + ubuntu (not uploaded yet), and will
probably put it in the xubuntu-extras ppa soonish.
Could you please change the tarballs to make all binaries at build time?
This can't be in official debian archives until that is fixed.
