we're currently working on the docs in a staging wiki, where the changes can be reviewed before they are merged:

So in terms of workflow you let us know what you wanna work on and I can set up the pages for you. Then after you've finished working on them you let us know and we'll review and merge to docs.xfce.org.

I've created an account for on the staging wiki I linked to above, the login details should've landed in your inbox already.
