Picking one of the developers' email address off the commit log and 
sending them snarky emails is about the least effective way to get a 
feature added :)

If the feature really was missing[0], opening a bug report/enhancement 
request would surely be a lot more productive.

[0]: It's not, it's accessible from the main menu and has convenient 
keyboard shortcuts, and is described in the manual which is also 
accessible from the main menu, at least in the older version I'm using.
