RFC on UX surveys on the session preference UI

Thanks Guido.

Interesting issue indeed, I'm not sure if we're better off waiting for
KDE to replace XSMP or nagging GTK for them to push their API to
fd.o...

With regard to the original topic of this email, is there any
objection to the survey happening? I'll start sending mails tomorrow
or so to advertise it.
