Would XFCE consider adopting AppData?

We'll try to add support for AppData in Parole in its next release.

As Xfce is very modular, you can use some/most of it also outside Xfce in a meaningful way. I'm wondering whether e.g. xfce4-power-manager would be considered an app in your mind?
