[xfwm4] patches for review

Hello,

I've submit a new patch to fix maximize tiled window and restore 
maximized windows that was previously tiled.

I have also implemented corner tiling on move to corners from you work. 
If you want to test it they are on my custom repository :
https://github.com/cedl38/xfwm4-titleless/tree/tile

Sorry for my English it's a bit poor...


Patches:

Maximize don't work as espected when window are solely maximized
vertically or horizontally:

Window tiling does not work while dragging maximized windows:

auto-maximize windows which size is equal to the available size:
