Wiki-update: How to contribute page

Hey everyone,

Eric and I (well, mostly Eric) have rewritten and extended the "How to contribute to Xfce" page on the wiki and updated it with the latest information, e.g. on user repositories.

We've parked it at a staging site for now[1]. For now we'd like to gather some feedback on where this could be improved or whether it's heading in the entirely wrong direction (I hope not!). Maybe there are still things we overlooked/forgot to mention or maybe you just think those icons are far too funky and out of place :)
If the general feedback is positive, we'll merge it to http://wiki.xfce.org/contribute.
