[PATCH] xfwm4: visual feedback on workspace switch

I've added visual feedback to xfwm4 when workspaces are switched much like
Metacity in Gnome2 did. The functionality is all there, but it would be
nice if someone could add an option to turn it on and off in the advanced
window manager tweaks. Also, it should have more properties added to make
it themeable. I'm far from an XFCE or GTK+ expert and unfortunately don't
have the time or experience to finish this one off, but I'd love to see it
make it into 4.12.

I borrowed a lot of my ideas from ochosi's tabwin implementation in the git

Here is a link to my bug report with my patch, and I also attached it.
