Powermanager systemd support

Hi Simon,

thanks for your hint to the patches for xfce4-power-manager.
Unfortunately, xfpm misses currently an active maintainer.

I would suggest to push those patches into Bugzilla. Maybe you are
interested in bug #9335 about systemd inhibition:

Feel free to open new bugs with the other patches added.

Besides that, I feel that the source needs some love, especially a not
easy job of refactoring ha to be done.
