Panel: setting the source indication

Hi guys,

I think the xfce4-panel is a great panel, and would love to use it with my
own window manager.

My window manager treats requests from 'normal' applications differently
from requests from pagers. Hence, the xfce4-panel would work way better for
me when it'd its 'source indication' to 'PAGER' (this is an EWMH thing,
http://standards.freedesktop.org/wm-spec/wm-spec-latest.html#sourceindication
).

I've prepared 2 variations of a patch that does this, linked to github at
https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10508.

I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd consider this feature for inclusion.
