XFCE-Panel comes over the window and hides some part of it

Hello,

I am using xfce4-panel 4.8.6. Since last few days it comes over the windows
and cuts the lower portion of the window. Attached the screenshot.

I have observed this recently after the system update. I am using ArchLinux.

Any help to fix this would be helpful.
