use-after-free in xfdesktop

Hi All,

for quite some time I saw (due to openSUSE Factory setting MALLOC_CHECK_
and friends) that the tooltips for xfdesktop icons obviously had an
use-after-free problem. Today I finally went ahead and fixed it :-)

The attached patch fixes the issue for me.
