Mime-type editor, where to put it?

Put a simple link in the preferred apps dialog to open the mime-type editor
and this way you can keep the window external?

Yuh :)

Thunar because you "only" need this editor with a file manager. Otherwise
xfce4-settings, because in a seldom case you will need it for something
else than the file manager.
