Patch for xfce-volumed (new dialog)

I agree with Steve. I have disabled the apps like this indicator that 
comes installed(on Windows) on my notebooks I had so far.
But it's just my opnion, some people might like it. I propose, if 
possible and viable, a way to choose this patch or the default in the 
configurations panel.
