BTW, here's a short list of the roadmap items that have been resolved
so far:

exo:
  - drop the widget support library for libxfce4ui

libxfce4util:
  - API cleanup by removing unneeded code and public symbols

thunar:
  - improve tumbler integration with regards to performance and request
    cancellation

xfce4-appfinder:
  - rewrite, merge xfrun4 into the appfinder

xfce4-panel:
  - merge the actions and session plugins

xfce4-session:
  - add a "clean session" button to the settings dialog
  - remove xfce4-tips

xfce4-settings:
  - almost finished: improve the keyboard shortcuts implementation to be
less buggy and catch all modifier combinations properly
  - massively improve the pointer settings dialog
  - merge xfsettingsd and xfce4-settings-helper

xfce-utils:
  - drop it, move contents to other component repositories

tumbler:
  - add more thumbnailer plugins: ODF, GStreamer, Poppler (probably was
    there before), RAW

garcon:
  - performance improvements by using XfceRc instead of GKeyFile

There have of course been bugfixes and other features that we managed
to implement in master. I am not sure where we are with regards to A11Y
yet, though.
