Hello everyone,

first of, thanks to all the developers for their work.

to me -a wannabe developer- it's very important to introduce the
developement process
of xfce as nicely as possible.

It would also be very nice to provide general guidelines for the new
programmer who wants to join in.

I see that the Docs is a work in progress and have high hopes.
